David Richardson Managing Director
David has gained his extensive property investment knowledge through his roles over the last 22 years as Investment Advisor to some of the highest profile companies and individuals working throughout the world including America, the Middle East and Europe and working in the Overseas property market. His love of Turkey and the people is why all his efforts and expertise are put into the running of Property Sun Turkey with his desire for every one to feel the same about turkey as he does.

He has brought his passion and methodical approach, combined with his high demands that he expects from his consultants here in the UK and Turkey. Keeping with his philosophy of dealing with clients, as you would expect to be dealt with.

The client is number one approach applies each and every time whether it is a studio apartment or a multi million pound property he demands the same level of care and professionalism to each and every one, time and time again.

He has an extensive knowledge of the Turkish Property market and knows most locations intimately having spent a considerable time travelling throughout Turkey. He feels that one of the biggest disappoints that people should not have to suffer is buying their dream of a place in the sun only to be let down by poor service or bad advice.



Selin Opuz Financial Director
Having been involved for many years in establishing and the running of many successful business’s in the hospitability, publishing and design industries she has always wanted to take advantage of her in depth knowledge and love of her home country Turkey. Selin is particularly knowledgeable in respect of the coastline areas along Antalya and Fethiye where a large number of properties are sold to overseas buyers.

She brings her valuable experience on the financial side of the business not just ensuring as a company we continue to prosper but also and more importantly ensuring all client financial transactions are carried out in an efficient and secure manor, giving peace of mind to our clients.

This is so important to Property Sun Turkey that the responsibility is with Selin as partner director to oversee with her analytical approach. Because we believe when a property is sold it is just the beginning, and we take it serious that we are helping people in most cases achieve a lifelong dream.

This is now our biggest department because we really do believe that any one can sell a property but not everyone can do it correctly or has the capability or desire to bring things to a successful conclusion.  Liaising with lawyers, developers, financial transactions, rental management for successful letting indeed any assistance a property buyer needs we are there all the way and beyond.




Seda Aslan PR and Marketing Director  
A patriotic Bi-Lingual Turkish lady with a drive to always deliver the best to her clients each and every time. Through her roles of working for the Turkish Governmental Departments for media relations here in the UK and presently heading on behalf of the Turkish Government the promotion of Medical Tourism in Turkey, Seda also heads her own highly successful PR company here in London and is the operations director for the UK and Ireland to the World famous Luxury Resort and Spa, The Callista Hotel near Belek-Antalya. Seda with Property Sun Turkey takes responsibility for the smooth running of the legal requirements within Turkey and the UK also heading our portfolio management team, bringing the largest property portfolio to all our clients through the respect that Seda`s reputation commands from the major companies and corporations in Turkey. She delivers first class service with the energy and desire and her great pride for everything to do with Turkey. Seda feels that people living outside of Turkey should have access to what her native countrymen have had the benefit of for some time.

Edward Kozan Sales Consultant
Edward was born and bred in Istanbul, hence knows his way around the city very well and thanks to living in London for the past 10 years he acquired an excellent understanding of both the British and the Turkish cultures and values. 
Edward completed his further education here in the UK. He got degrees in BSc (Honours) Economics and PG Diploma in Actuarial Science. Consequently Edward has a reasonable understanding of world economics, insurance and pensions. By working at one of the biggest international insurance companies in Istanbul, he obtained a good knowledge of the Insurance system in Turkey.
After becoming a Financial Services Authority (FSA) qualified mortgage adviser, Edward started working as a Property Sales Consultant at Property Sun Turkey.
All his valuable experience in finance, sales and knowledge of Turkey adds to the prosperity of Property Sun Turkey. Moreover the advice he gives to his clients regarding mortgages and his natural friendliness have brought a total new dimension to the working of the company and strengthened the atmosphere within the company.

 


Erol Bora Head of Technology and Design
Having gained qualifications and experience in the IT industry he has been responsible for implementing some of the most sophisticated IT and website infrastructure for some of the largest companies in Turkey and the UK. 

He now uses his passion for design and Turkey with his department to ensure the Property Sun Turkey Website and Technology requirements needed to operate in the overseas property market work effectively and keeps us at the cutting edge here in the UK.
